JEEMA — Traffic Ticket Management App

  JEEMA is a mobile platform designed to simplify how drivers handle traffic tickets in the U.S. The product connects drivers, legal workflows, and case tracking into a single, accessible system — removing confusion, paperwork overload, and unnecessary stress from an already uncomfortable situation. The core challenge was to transform a legally complex and emotionally charged process into something clear, structured, and user-friendly for non-technical users.

Task

Design a mobile experience that allows users to submit traffic tickets, track case progress, communicate with specialists, and complete payments — all without legal jargon or friction. The interface had to feel trustworthy and calm, while still prompting users to take action quickly.

Strategy

We focused on process visibility instead of feature density. Each screen answers a single question:
  • What is happening with my case?
  • What should I do next?
  • Where am I in the process?
Status-based logic, progressive disclosure, and clear hierarchy replaced long explanations. The system guides users forward instead of overwhelming them.

UX Approach

The app is built around case flow, not screens.
  • Ticket submission is reduced to a short, guided sequence
  • Case statuses are visually differentiated and readable at a glance
  • Actions appear only when they are relevant
  • Legal complexity stays in the background, never in the user’s face
The experience prioritizes reassurance and orientation over speed alone.

UI Design

The visual language strikes a balance between authority and accessibility.
  • Calm dark backgrounds paired with warm accent colors
  • Clear contrast between informational states (new, in progress, resolved)
  • Retro-inspired illustrations are used to soften a serious topic without trivializing it
  • Strong primary actions that are easy to recognize, even under stress
Design decisions support trust, not decoration.
